My camera has just stopped recording.  I checked the app and there were no error messages; it was connected to the network, and it had about a 60% charge.  It still shows the last feed before stopping.  I have no clue as to what has happened with this.  My other cameras are still working fine.  Help!

Did the subscription expire?

No.  I have two other cameras on the subscription and both are working fine.

See if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming.  If you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you'll need to disable it for that test.

 

Another easy thing to try is restarting the camera.  Go into the camera settings and select "Device Info".  The restart option is on that page (very non-intuitive).
