charged camera then put it back outside went offline, brought back in cant get it back online, removed device and now it will find it to resetup.  When I push down the button the Blue light never comes on. Tried to due a factory reset and holding down button light will not come on

Is there any LED behavior if you attach a charger? The symptoms you describe sound like the battery may need to be charged. Are you sure the camera was charging when you first attempted to charge it?
