Essential Outdoor Camera unable to charge

Has anyone had experience in getting a camera back online to retrieve footage.  The new camera went dead, will not take a charge, important footage is lost.

I see 2 different issues - 1) dead battery and 2) need to access videos.

 

1) Try this procedure - the key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge normally:

Proactively charging the battery prevents a lot of headaches.

 

2) Even with a dead camera, previous videos are still available in Feed for the length of time your plan supports.
