Hi! I live in Brazil and my Arlo app does not show the option to add Essential 2nd Generation cameras. When will it be available in my region? I just bought 3 new camera and I can't add it.

In which channel can I make a complaint? I feel aggrieved, I watched the advertisement for the product, a clip shown on a TV at Walmart more than once, I read the entire box before buying the product, nowhere did it say that the product did not work outside the US. Your marketing team must inform the product, the box, the advertisement, etc., for example, "USA ONLY" "DO NOT WORK OUT OF US" "CHECK IF APP CAN BE USED IN YOUR COUNTRY" etc. etc. etc.
