Essential 2nd Gen Will Not Connect

I have a hub and 2 cameras. One camera connected, the 2nd will not. I have reset the camera, reset the hub, reset my router, logged out and logged back in to the app. Blue light blinks but can't be found. Camera is charged. Help!

Can you try onboarding the camera over the web portal?
