Doorbell is wired by there's no lights on

My doorbell is correctly wired up as it was done with an electrician but there's no lights on

Did you charge the battery first? The wiring only allows trickle charging to happen although by now you should have enough charge to see things working. BTW, did the electrician check the voltage at the doorbell when connecting it?
