Connectivity feed

Having trouble getting the system to work .  I have had two sessions with Arlo support and while it seemed to help, when I went back a little later the feed is weird.  Specifically, I have 3 cameras connected to a base station but when I go to feed the screen shows 6 squares which seem like cameras and each square has an active line running through it.  Can't access the individual devices to try anything.  Any ideas?
