Cannot register my Essential outdoor second generation cameras in Panama

I purchased 2 cameras "Essential outdoor 2nd generation" for a home I own in Panama, now I have discovered that I cannot use it in Panama. When will I be able to register these cameras. the option for the earlier version is available, but not the 2nd generation.

This is frustrating. I was not informed of any restriction when I purchased them from Best Buy. Arlo should post these restrictions on the packaging

I would set them up at home and then transport them to Panama.
