Cannot cancel subscription!!!

My outdoor camera had suddenly one day just vanished from the app. Like it just didn't exist anymore. Battery was approx 50%, but tried charging it and adding it. But no luck. The blue light did not flash when holding in the button, no matter how long I held it down.
So... gave up. And then, tried canceling my subscription. Cannot log into "MyArlo" from the computer, and from my mobile browser the "cancel my plan"-button does NOT want to work. Really wish I could post the picture here, but seems like that's not possible. I have now for SEVERAL weeks tried getting in touch with Arlo. No email, no response, no nothing! I have now ordered a new credit card and blocked the old, so good luck trying to scam me for more money. Because of this I will never ever buy an Arlo device again, and I will make sure to spread the word. The worst part is that I really was happy with the product until I needed some support.

I would be more than happy to help, is there any chance you bought the subscription through Apple instead of Arlo. You would have to cancel under subscriptions within your phone if that is the case. If not can you please dm me a good call back number as well as a good time to call. I would be more than happy to have someone look into this. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off
