Cameras have stopped working

Eve since last Sunday my 2 cameras have stopped connecting. 

No live feed, does not pick up motion. 

I have factory reset both and it does nothing. Now, 1 of the cameras won't even re connect to the app, it just searches for device and doesn't connect. 

I've had these cameras for about 4/5 months with no issues, now noting works to fix these cameras. 

About ready to cancel my subscription and throw them in the bin! How many times can you factory reset devices!

What is the LED behavior on the camera when trying to connect?

 

You might try making sure the battery is fully charged before attempting to factory reset. Follow the instructions listed here and be sure to make sure the LED behavior indicates a successful reset: https://kb.arlo.com/000062880/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera-Arlo-Secure-4-0
