Camera Offline but still recording and notifying

one camera went offline this morning but is still recording videos and sending notifications if applicable.

 

how can I fix without resetting the camera?

Reboot the phone to see if that helps. Try using a computer browser to use the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that works. You can also try rebooting your router.
