I’m not able to add my cameras to my subscription plan. Each suggestion tells me I have to go to tge web to manage my cameras but I go and it takes me in circles.

If your camera is still on the trial subscription, it won't show up as being available to move to your paid plan. Wait until the trial expired and then move it.
