Arlo essential 2nd generation camera not charging

My essential cameras will not charge no matter what cord or charger that I use.  They are only about 5 months old.

That would seem to be an issue with the charger itself. Make sure you use one that supplies 5 volts at 2 amps.

Also, some non-Arlo cables may not fit into the camera properly due to the plastic surround.
