Arlo app shows offline when my cameras are working

It's annoying that the app shows offline for all my cameras. They haven't responded to my security mode. Still stuck at arm away when it should be arm home.

They are sending me motion detection notifications but app says they are offline. Honestly this whole system is garbage. If I haven't invested so much money in it I would go to eufy or some other better system. Arlo can't seem to get their act together!!

Remove one of the Pro or Pro 2 and then add it back onto the account. That should fix the behavior you are seeing.
