Arlo Subscription not auto added when adding camera

Avoid this company at all costs. There product is at best average. The first camera we had was faulty and they eventually replaced it. We had a subscription with the camera but the new camera didn’t get added on too. I tried all sorts of things to add it on, as it suggests go to the desktop dashboard. None of it worked. Solution is to delete and re add the camera. Didn’t ask me for the subscription it added automatically second time around. I’ve been paying for a subscription I couldn’t use because of some Arlo fault they won’t acknowledge. Then they have the cheek to offer me 30% off the next subscription - as if. I will be changing brands to something reliable and much simpler that doesn’t constantly need to be deleted and readded. AVOID THIS CAMERA BRAND.
