Hi
I have 2 Essential out door cameras that have been working well.
Recently both cameras, when they detect motion remain stuck in recording mode, do not record to feed, don’t show live footage and have to be reset.
Has anyone had the same problem or knows how to fix

Has this happened to both cameras more than once? Does it happen to them simultaneously?
After resetting the cameras how long do they behave normally before having to reset again?

This is a known bug. Contact support and open a help ticket. I have the same issue and have been told "The engineers are working on a fix" It's been 3 weeks now and still hearing crickets

Hi James
whenever movement is detected it “starts recording” however nothing is saved to the feed and it then remains stuck and you are unable to access camera via app so you have no option but to reset camera and wait until it detracts movement again and then the cycle starts again.
