I have new Arlo Essential 2nd Gen camera. When I got it I ensured it charged to 100% and then installed the camera. The battery died so I took the camera down to charge. The camera will not charge. Do I have a defective camera? Arlo Essential Outdoor 2nd Gen

Did you let the camera completely run out of power?

How long did you leave it on the charger? I've found it can take quite a while for the 2nd Gen cameras to charge.
