Arlo Essential 2K - Live Feed not loading in Web Browser

Good Morning/Afternoon

I helped a couple with installation of x3 Essential cameras and a Doorbell. They like to use the web browser to access the live feed and footage rather than the App. Everything works fine in the app but when they go to view the live feed in browser 2 of the cameras will load 1 out of 10 times. All cameras are connected to Deco Mesh network will full signal. 

Does anyone know a fix for this? 

 

Would adding the Smarthub improve this? (dont want them to have to spend more $$ though)

NZTech,

 

If the issue isn't reproducible in the app, there isn't likely to be any problem with the camera setup or the network.

 

What browser are they using, is the issue reproducible when using a different browser? Do they receive an error when attempting to live stream?

Thank you for the reply. No i didn't think the issue would be with the network as the app works perfectly.

 

They are using a new Win11 Laptop and are using Chrome which is fully up to date. I haven't tried to use a different browser. Ill ask him to try it in Edge.

Unfortunately trying a different browser didnt change anything.
