Has anyone had an incredibly frustrating experience with the chat system in customer support? Ridiculous! It's like. a live comedy act in how it just keeps looping back to the question it can't answer. Is there a way to get a live agent? I'm ready to find another provider it's been so bad!

You can open a ticket directly with the support team by using the Arlo Secure app under Settings > Support Center.
