Arlo Apple Homekit Home Hub acces from other location

 Hello,

       I have Arlo cameras (16 in total) connected to my Apple HomeKit account. The cameras can be viewed in HomeKit without any issues on an Apple TV set as the Home Hub or on any other Apple TV that is on the same internet network as the Home Hub Apple TV.

        I have a residence in another location where I set up an Apple TV with the same user account as the Home Hub, but I cannot access the Arlo cameras there. I can see the Arlo cameras in the list, but when I try to access them, I get the message "No Response."

       How can I view the cameras on an Apple TV (set up with the same Apple ID as the Home Hub Apple TV) that is located in a different location than the Home Hub, another city or country?

      The apple tvs used are identical.

Not  a feature I use, but I think the Apple TV at the other location also needs to be set up as a Home Hub.
