I have had several other brands, Reo, Eufy, Spypoint. I have a six month coupon for this one, spent hours on it still can't get it to work. Made a log in but now can't get to my Dashboard to use it. When I put my email and pass it just says no internet connection. Funny I am typing this on the internet!! Most screwed up system I have ever used. Wish I would have got another Reolink, so much better software, more settings, options etc. Maybe support will ans me again and I can get it working. Didn't know I had to have a monthly few for this, did not say so at the site I purchased it.

You have a defective camera. I had one too, but I figured it out late. Contact Arlo support and see what they can do. Defective cameras can happen, get it taken care of while it is still under warranty. That experience has only happened with one of my cameras. I have 4.
