2nd Gen Camera not picking up movement

My Arlo 2nd outdoor camera isn’t  recording movements.  Normally my outdoor camera would record every person or car driving by, now it’s doing about half that.  I’ve reset the camera, I restarted the the base from the app.  I have local recording storage and It isn’t full.  Any idea on how how to fix it?  Seems to be a problem, we fix it and it happens again.

What motion sensitiivity are you using?
