one camera is not visible to all users

On July 8 when the new software came out both of our Essential spotlights stopped working. After talking to support, they said we needed a separate 2.4 ghz wifi. We did that and now both cameras are visible to one user. Only One camera is visible to two other users. How do we get the other camera visible to all three users?
