Hi, arlo essential just stopped sending notifications. push notification is enabled as well as email but i am not getting any alerts. Firmware is also updated

Check your active mode to make sure an appropriate one is selected and not Disarmed.

yes it is the armed mode that i chose.

Have you rebooted the camera?

Yes i did. installed and re installed the app as well but it didnt help

i dont have subscription plans. i also dont have recordings. but i used to get alerts and notification for motion detected.

Same thing happened to me. I have just received my indoor camera followed the instructions, and I am unable to get notifications via my phone. I am also not getting any motion detections for that camera. I spent all evening trying to figure it out before I just gave up.
