I subscribed for an annual subscription for a single camera, however, I had renamed the camera and the subscription is applied under the new camera name, however, it was not successfully renamed. It appears as an additional camera. How do I correct this?

Subscriptions are related to serial numbers, not names. However, I'm not grasping what the process was for renaming and verifying the subscription. Some screenshots may be useful.
