Has anybody else had problems with their cameras setting themselves on a schedule that they never set up? My cameras have only been recording mon-fri 8am-5pm and off all other times including weekends, i never set the schedule and i turned it off 2 weeks ago and its back on again? My car has been broken into on the weekend and it was not on film when it should have been i have contacted arlo and they dont seem to care they just told me to turn the schedule off they cant give me a reason why they keep going on a schedule

Are you the owner/person who set up the system? Have you looked to see if a schedule has been set up (where to look depends on whether you use Library to view recordings or Feed)? If one is there, have you deleted it completely?
It's also possible that it's not Arlo causing this. ANy kind of Internet disruption, whether from the ISP to anyplace through the Internet to the servers would keep recordings from happening.
