I have two indoor cameras and the iPhone app only. No system. For the first time today I put the app in “standby” mode (lots of activity). This apparently started up something called “Privacy Shield”. When I selected “Arm Away” again the privacy shield will not turn off. I want my cameras open all the time. I understand that they will open if motion is detected, however, I keep having to load my password just to look at my cameras. This will be difficult when I awake from sleep to a notification. We’ve had two break in attempts in two weeks. I need help asap. THANKS

I'm still not sure what happened, but one camera stopped requiring me to log in. The second camera still required it. I got the bright idea to unplug the second camera. It came back online and STILL it required the log in. I closed my app, reopened it, login no longer required. I remember when I was trying to set up the cameras the first time, the forum said to force open the privacy shield. Something must be wrong with them, like a bug. Anyway, my issue is temporally solved. Any ideas?
