Password Reset Email

I have seen many posts abiout password resets.  My issue is that I am not receiving the reset message from Arlo.  I have tried from four different devices.   Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the spam email as well? The email address that is associated with the community is not showing as a Arlo account. Could you by chance be checking the wrong email address?

Yes I checked for spam.  You are correct, I used a different address for this community login.  Our Arlo account should be tied to acortez014@outlook.com.  Is there a way that you could confirm this?  Thank you
