I received an email with a 10% promo code for joining the Arlo mailing list. The coupon code is "out of coupons" and does not work in the checkout. I've checked this forum but it appears the resolution is only provided via private message. Please help.
Side note, the Arlo chat system is horrible and unhelpful.

It sounds like the promo code may be expired. When did you receive the email? Are the terms for the promotion listed within the details?

It is definitely not expired. Per the email "Don't wait! Promo code and offer expire on 02/02/2022."
