I am trying to cancel my subscription but the subscription link stays gray

I need a phone number to speak to a representative.  I am trying to cancel my subscription but the subscription link stays gray and I can not click on it.

You can contact support by logging in to the Arlo Secure app and navigating to Settings > Support Center. From there, you will be presented with support contact information.
