I have 4 older cameras in my home - they work. My dad is I’ll so I just bought two cameras for his house so I can monitor and make sure he is ok, the two new cameras are not linking or activating? How do I do this? There is no live phone support?

How far in the process are you getting? Are the cameras scanning the QR code?

Yes it does, but when it does it’s search after, it doesn’t grab it

Is it in the router's attached device list?
Have you tried doing this with a PC (browse to my.arlo.com), or only with the mobile app? You might try a PC.
