HELP! 1 out of 3 of my camera's in LIVE view unviewable and not recording

I purchased 3 camera in the last 6 years for my business, most recently to replace a defective camera troubleshot by a arlo rep. This new camera no longer stores clips in the Library for 7 days and the worse is I am unable to watch LIVE as the quality is choppy and lagged. This is NOT happening to my other 2 older camera. This non working camera is on our training floor for insurance purposes and is useless. I can not watch live or store 7 days to review. PLEASE HELP!!!

None of new cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) offer free 7-day cloud storage.

Is the camera connected to the business wifi?  Or is it connected to your base?

 

If you put an older camera in the same location, do you see the same problem?
