We use an Arlo Essentials camera at my work to keep tabs on the front door. When I want to see what's happening (for example, I am expecting people for a meeting and want to see when they are approaching), I use the picture-in-picture display so that the video feed is visible while I do other work.
My problem is that the display looks like it is still showing a live feed even after the feed has stopped. The main Arlo display on my browser tab shows that the feed has stopped, but the picture-in-picture display doesn't change. Related, the picture-in-picture display does not include the "Live" icon in the upper-left corner, even when the live feed is happening. In short, I have no way of knowing if the live feed is still showing in my picture-in-picture.
So my feature request is that the picture-in-picture display include everything that shows in the display on the Arlo browser tab display. That way I will know when the feed is interrupted.
My second feature request is that the live feed last longer. Whenever I start a live feed, it will continue only for a few minutes, at most 5 minutes. Then it stops providing a live feed. So then I have to go back to the Arlo tab on my browser and restart the device. This is kind of frustrating as you can imagine.
Thank you!

We appreciate your feedback and feature requests regarding longer live feed as well as picture-in-picture display. I will pass this information onto our development team for further consideration.
