Recorded audio is very soft and I have it on the highest recording level (level 5). Is there a way to increase it any further?

If you download the video to play it, is the sound still soft? WHat is your device/phone volume set at for media?

Again, what about if you download it for viewing? Is the sound level different?

I am responding again to a reply. Downloading improves it some, but we're talking about 30-40 recordings a day. I was hoping there would be a way to increase the volume through the audio setting in the app. I should be able to set it at 3 or 4 like I did with my Arlo Q. Are the specs different on the Essential that would affect that option?
I tried having a live chat with support and they were not really very helpful. If I do not have any other options on settings, I will decide whether or not to keep this camera or go back to the Q. Thank you for your help.
