i bought a new Arlo essential cam on my visit to US and brought it with my back home to Egypt and i was surprised that it will not record outside USA because Arlo secure subscription is a must!! unlike my old Arlo2 cam it records (7 days) and works just fine.
what should I do now!!! throw it away!
i cant even redeem my free 3 months subscription.

If you had set the camera up in the US and subscribed using a US-based credit card it would work. In Egypt, you would have to use a VPN to the US (or other country that can get a subscription) to do this. Note that the whole network has to be on the VPN, not just your phone or computer.
Also, starting with the Ultra cameras in 2018, the 7 day free plan was not available. Only the cameras, Pro 2 and older, still have the 7 day plan.

It should have been highlighted on the package or Amazon description that it work only in specific countries, now i’m lost and its super urgent for me to have the 7 days recording.
What can i do here?

Legacy Arlo cameras support 7 day cloud storage without the need for a subscription but this is not available for Arlo Essential cameras. Arlo does not support subscription plans in Egypt, so you will not be able to save recordings to the cloud with an Arlo Essential camera. As mentioned above, Arlo subscription plans are not available in all countries. It's not possible to enable a subscription plan on your account in Egypt.
