Recently my Arlo Essential Indoor Security Camera will not disarm when put into disarmed mode: the app shows it disarmed but the privacy shield will not close and it continues to give motion notifications.
It is normally in Geofence mode but I have tried manually disarming it as well. I do not have CVR on my account. I have a Secure Multi-Camera plan.
I just recently added a third camera that is still for some reason on a trial account. Don’t know if that is relevant.

I seemed to have solved this issue by removing the camera from my system and then readding it as new again. I will watch and see if it remains working properly but this seems to have done the trick.
