Arming schedule

I have 2 wired essential indoor cameras and 1 pro 4 spotlight connected to the smart hub. 

the only time I want these cameras to be active are specific days at specific times when my children are being cared for by a nanny. I do not want them running at any other times. I have the exact schedule of when these times are, they are M-F from 10-4. I thought I had programmed this by setting up an automation and then doing “arm away” but I currently have that on and it’s before 10am and the cameras are active. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

One thing to try is to use a minute before or after the exact hour to see if that helps.
