I have tried to connect an Arlo Essential Indoor camera to Arlo app without success. I have a TP Link Deco M9 Plus mesh network with three units. The 5GHz network has been disabled, all but the main Deco unit has been turned off, but the app just won’t find the camera. I can see in the Deco app that the camera is connected to the WiFi though. I’m running out of ideas. Any thoughts?

Have you also tried using a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of the app?
