My Arlo Essential Spotlight seemingly just isn't charging or detecting a usb plug anymore.  What is the possibility to reset this camera or something?  I've tried holding the sync button for 15+ seconds and no light will blink.  Any help is appreciated thank you!

Use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support. This requires a subscription.
