Hi, I bought an Arlo Essential Spotlight VMC2030 last July. Now the battery shows 1% full and stopped working. I connect it to a USB line to charge. It is connected over 24 hours, but still remains 1%. The blue light is on. I bought it only 7 month ago. Is it still under warranty? Can someone please kindly help?
I can't fine a real person support to talk, very frustrating. Anyone knows a support phone number?
Thank you!

The warranty is one year.
Options for support are in the app. If you have a subscription there should be a phone option.

Have you tried unplugging and plugging in the power to the camera multiple times? If the battery is dead, it takes several attempts to get enough voltage into the battery to allow it to charge properly.
