Canceled my subscription. This isn’t a mobile gaming app. It’s a security app. I do not want to see ads. I feel like Arlo is bullying me into spending more money by forcing me to see ads in the app. I’ve already spent a fortune on cameras. Do not need you guys trying to force me to spend more. I do not like the directions this companies going. I will slowly phase out my Arlo cameras, and move into a different system. Good luck with this.
Disgruntled Arlo camera owner.

These in-app offers have been integrated into the flow of each app screen to avoid any disruption to the user experience. This is now part of our updated native in-app experience. Users who do not want to see these messages can upgrade to an Arlo Secure plan at www.Arlo.com.

Do yourself a favor and look into Firewalla or PiHole. I recommend Firewalla. Then you can control what flows any device and/or app puts out. It will also secure your home network and automatically block all ads on your network. I get no ads on Arlo because I block the third party service they use.

I canceled my subscription. I disagree with the ads in a security app. I paid for my Arlo hardware. It's not like you guys didn't already make money off of me. I am slowly replacing my Arlo system with Ring. They do not force ads on people in an attempt to get them to spend more money. Being told to ignore them or subscribe to get rid of them is not an acceptable response. You guys have poor customer service.
