notifications and recordings

So my camera has been fine , then all of a sudden the notifications are still going off as normal but when I click on the notification and try to view it , but it only shows me live view and no recordings. Also nothing in my feed just the notifications at the top of my cell phone , but once I click the notification it only shows live view ..I have checked all settings , and called customer service ..they even act like they don't know what's wrong  and it's their product ..and I just paid for the subscription ..someone else have this issue or know how to fix it ? FYI  my phone is a android.

Double-check that the subscription is applied to your cameras. Sometimes it can take a day to kick in, so maybe give it some time.

 

The easiest way to check is to livestream the camera and see if you can make a manual recording.

Hopefully you accessed support using the support center in the app.  Arlo doesn't publish phone numbers, and googling for one usually leads to a scam support site.
