There are a couple of ways, depending on the details of what is happening.

If you just want to turn off notifications temporarily, you can press "profile" in the upper left, then "Notifications", and "Mute Notifications".

By default, the indoor cameras are only enabled in "Arm Away" mode.  So the simplest option is to switch to "Arm Home" when you are home.  That would stop both recording and notifications when you are in "Arm Home"

You can edit the rules in the Arm Away  you are using, and turn off notifications there.  If you do that, you won't receive any motion or audio notifications from the camera.  But you will still receive recordings.

If you are getting a lot of audio triggering, then you should consider disabling audio detection (or maybe try raising the threshold).  Similarly, you can also tune the motion detection threshold.  Walk around in the area of interest while running the motion detection test.  Find the lowest value that detects you reliably.   Then set the actual threshold to a value slightly higher that.

Also, if you have a subscription for the camera, you can also set up activity zones - which will then only trigger when the motion is in the activity zone.  You can also press the profile icon in the upper left, select "Home", and then select "Smart Detection".  Then you can use the AI to block some classes of notification.  If you do this, make sure you turn "all other motion" off.
