playback of recorded events from my 2k doorbell are not playing back on iOS devices. Tried 3 different iOS devices all using latest iOS version 18.2.1 black out or white screen playback with audio. Sent to my android buddy playback worked on his phone he tried on his work iPhone no playback! Help

If you make manual recordings on the doorbell, are you able to play those back on the iOS device?

Yes some will play others will not. Same on motion triggered recordings.
