I am desperately looking for advice and information of connecting my above camera into Apple HomeKit. I already have two Ultra 2 cameras on there without any problems. I have looked at the guidance notes provided by ARLO,
https://kb.arlo.com/000063184 and although that process reinstalls the Ultras, which were there already, I cannot get it find the Essential camera. I also find that the instructions are at variance to how the screens are actually setup on the App.
One point I struggle with is that I have to uninstall the Base Station and reinstall it, but is it meant to then install the Base Station as well as the cameras into HomeKit as it doesn't do that although the Ultras appear? The Essential Camera is showing in my Base Station, VMB5000.
I have tried to talk with ARLO since the 18th February but quite honestly they are next to useless. I have 3 outstanding support requests and requests waiting for a call back from agents. I have had one agent tell me it couldn't be done and another saying it can be done.
I use an iPad Air 4th Generation and iPhone 13 Pro. All software is up to date.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The Gen 2 cameras don't support Apple HomeKit yet. Monitor the forum, they will announce the feature here when they roll it out.
