I'm trying to connect my Arlo essential indoor 2nd generation via hub and Wi-Fi without good results. In my app the 2nd generation cameras do not even appear. I am from Ecuador and have been using the cameras only for live feed no subscription without a problem.

Product roll-outs may not have reached your region yet. In addition, only select countries are allowed to purchase a subscription which is required for cloud recordings. Ecuador is not on the list.

You have 2 choices:
1) Travel to a country that can get a subscription and create your account there. You should then be able to set up the cameras. You'll need a credit card from that country to purchase a plan. Turn everything off and return home - the system should work as if nothing changed.
2) Use a VPN to a country that can get a subscription to do the same thing. Once the system is set up, you don't need the VPN.
