Cannot reset password

I have a severe security concern.  I cannot log into my account.  When I try and reset my password, I did not receive any emails in my inbox or junk folder.  I need assistance ASAP so I can resolve this.  I had to create an entirely new account just so I could post this because the chat function was not helpful.
