Can't subscribe the CVR plan

trying to subscribe the CVR plan for VMC3060, but there is nothing showed up. I'm using the PC.

CVR is not available for all cameras and requires the camera to be synced to a base station or SmartHub.

 

This is not available for Arlo 2nd generation devices at this time.
