Access issues with the new app for essential 2k

I just bought two essential 2k to add to my existing essential 1080p cameras.
It automatically upgraded the app to a new outlook. No big deal.
My partner has the full access granted to her so that she can manage cameras from her end as we do different shifts.
She is not able to change or add any Action under the Routine tab. She's not able to click on any modes under the Routine tab.
Very frustrating to say the least.
I might have to consider the alternative company if Arlo doesn't fix this bug.
