It shocks me that you cannot use a desktop computer to view your cameras with any platform other than Safari.    How can this be?  What is Arlo doing to not fix this?  I spoke with customer service about this and they suggested I review this link for software that will work.  Check out the massive red on this list.  https://caniuse.com/hevc

I use Fire Fox and Chrome... both work maybe don't understand your issues

I cannot view on Chrome, when I push the play button to view, it just has a long delay then error. In reaching out to Arlo customer service, they sent me the link I posted and told me I needed to find an browser that would.

This isn't a browser issue. Try moving temporarily moving the camera closer to your base station/router and attempt to stream again. Do you still get the same error?

It is not a connection issue.  I can watch it on my phone's arlo app all day if I want.  I cannot view it from Chrome.  I get that error repetitively when I push the play button to see live time video.  Only a problem on my desktop.
